The terms and conditions (hereinafter “T & Cs”) concern all legal acts concluded on the wwwGABERTcom online store (hereinafter referred to as “online store”). The online store is managed by Espace Services Gabert SA (hereinafter Espace Services).
The T & Cs apply in their version in effect at the time of placing the order. Espace Services reserves the right to modify the T & Cs at any time.
The range of products presented on the online store, as well as the images does not constitute a legally binding commitment in itself. The Espace Services website pages contain information relating to machines and devices fitted with Swiss plugs.
Unless explicitly stated, cups, glasses and other supplies that may be present in the photos are not included in the product offering. Automatic coffee machines, cleaning products and accessories must be purchased separately.
Prices are displayed net, in Swiss francs, with value added tax (hereinafter VAT) as well as advance recycling tax (hereinafter TAR) included. Espace Services reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The price indicated during the order is decisive.
The products and prices indicated on the online store should be considered as offers. These offers are subject to the resolving condition of inability to deliver or pricing error. Espace Services reserves the right to refuse the request without specifying the reasons.
When ordering online, customers receive an order confirmation. Receipt of the order confirmation does not assure the customer that the goods can actually be delivered. It informs the customer that the online store has received the order. The legally binding purchase contract takes effect from the moment that Espace Services sends the goods.
Espace Services gives customers the choice of registering on the online store or ordering as a guest. The customer must provide true personal information. Espace Services reserves the right, at any time and without specifying the reasons, to delete customer data or to block a user and his password.
If a user wants his personal data to be deleted from the site, just send us an email and after confirmation the account will be deleted.
The offers are only valid in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.
Payments are made in Swiss francs only.
When ordering, the customer is informed of all the payment methods accepted by Espace Services. The confirmed purchase price and any additional costs (eg shipping costs) are debited at the time of the order (when the customer presses the “buy” button).

The items ordered remain the property of Espace Services until they have been paid in full.
Upon receipt of the order, the customer must verify that all products are correct, complete and intact.

Any damage or errors must be reported to Espace Services as soon as they are identified or no later than 5 calendar days following the delivery of the order. Defects appearing later in the warranty period must be reported as soon as they are discovered.
The warranty can only be exercised in the absence of grounds for exclusion such as damage resulting from improper use or mechanical damage. Included are natural damage, damage due to moisture and frost, damage caused by impacts or drops, excessive wear or defects resulting from interventions or modifications.
The JURA warranty for automatic coffee machines for individuals is 25 months and for professional automatic coffee machines it is 12 months. For accessories for individuals, the warranty is 24 months and 12 months for professional accessories.
Espace Services or the manufacturer takes care of the guarantee of the absence of defects and of proper functioning of the goods ordered, for 12, 24 or 25 months depending on the items after delivery or withdrawal from the store. Espace Service or the manufacturer may provide the warranty service alternatively by free repair or partial or total replacement by a product of the same value.
Other provisions apply to products labeled as “used models”, “demonstration models”, “exhibition models”. These models may have slight visible defects, these defects are excluded from the warranty. These products have a 12 month warranty.
The entire website and its content are protected by relevant legislation. It is strictly forbidden to copy, download or use parts for other purposes without the prior written authorization issued by Espace Services.
All legal relations between Espace Services and the client are subject to Swiss substantive law. The place of jurisdiction is in Geneva.
