Exceptional: Cold Brew

The ENA 5 also taps into the popular world of cold-extracted coffee specialities. It prepares Cold Brews at the push of a button, thanks to the Cold Extraction Process. In the fully-automatic cold extraction process, cold water flows through the freshly ground coffee, pulsating at a low frequency under high pressure in line with the espresso method. This ensures the typical fruity aromas of the popular, energy-boosting Cold Brew are expressed to the full.

New world of indulgence: Light Brew

With the Light Extraction Process, JURA presents an innovation that is housed in the ENA 5. The Light Brew is brewed at approx. 60 °C and prepared using less coffee than the classic Hot Brew. This creates an entirely new and unique taste profile, offering a smooth Light Brew that’s ready to drink. Connoisseurs appreciate the Light Brew for its airy and mild aromatic note.
