“Le Moka” is a roasted coffee with 2 arabica. The “Sidamo”, this pure mocha is an Arabica from the heart of the origins of the Arabica, on the Ethiopian highlands and the “Djimmah”, also an Ethiopian mocha arabica appreciated for its body and its acidity. They are roasted the old-fashioned way (slow method) in Martigny in the Moccador family business.
